So today the animator has sent us the story board for his animation and the first few clips for us to view at our lesuire.
Below is a few scenes of the story board so you get the idea of what’s going down!
After reading through the Scene Descriptions that Brett had printed for us, we uncover that the story is about a boy who has to go to detention after school but see’s and potentially falls in love with the school nurse. Cue the enormous Rhino who is the boys detention teacher and clearly won’t let him out of detention. Alas the boy then runs a series of schemes to try and fake illness and get out of detention, most of these not bother the Rhino one single bit. Finally the Rhino gives in and allows the boy to leave, the boy gets to the nurses office but see’s the nurse out the window waiting for her bus. The boy, clearly devastated, is about to leave the office when the door behind him closes, showing us a slowly panning upward shot of the dinner lady, the exact opposite to the nurse the boy had fallen for.
